Gal Gadot’s Post-Pregnancy Figure Continues to Inspire Women.

During the preparation for “Wonder Woman 1984,” she dedicated six hours a day to her training regimen, consisting of two hours of gym exercises, two hours of combat training, and two hours of horseback riding, resulting in a gain of over six kilograms of muscle mass.

She mentioned that if she had to travel for work or couldn’t make it to the gym, she would do simple exercises right in her room. Gal Gadot also loves outdoor sports like basketball and soccer. “If I’m at the beach, I’ll go swimming or paddleboarding. I love water sports, not only do they keep me in shape but they also help relax my mind and get rid of my worries,” the actress said.

Gal Gadot isn’t excessively strict with her eating habits but always remembers the rule: “You are what you eat.” During the weekdays, she usually opts for green vegetables, protein-rich foods, and lean meat to support her body’s muscle maintenance and growth. On weekends, the actress still indulges in her favorite foods like ice cream, chocolate, and pasta, but in moderate amounts.

According to the mother of Gal Gadot and her siblings, the first thing she does every morning upon waking up is to drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, followed by water and coffee, and then exercise. Gal Gadot herself says that she tries to drink more than 3 liters of water every day to supplement her body’s water needs, especially on days with lots of physical activity. Drinking plenty of water also helps the actress curb her cravings for junk food.

Gal Gadot was born in Israel in 1985, but she is of Czech, Polish, Austrian, and German descent. After winning the Miss Israel title in 2004, she was invited to join the ‘Fast & Furious’ film series as Gisele.
